MEASUREMENT METHODS
- Neck to Shoulder: Measure from the middle of the neck to end of shoulder (where the sleeve starts).
- Sleeve length (A): Measure from the center back of collar to the end of shoulder.
- Sleeve length (B): Measure from the shoulder to the wrist.
- Shoulder to Shoulder: Measure this length from one shoulder to another.
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
- Front Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the desired hemline.
- Hem: Measure from one side to another, but it is vital to take this measurement from above the elastic area (If sweatshirt have any).
- Sleeve cuff: At the widest point of the wrist, measure its circumference. Leave enough room for watches or jewelry worn often. Take this measurement from above the elastic area same as Hem length measurement

We have 2 shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. The shipping rates and AVG shipping times are as following:

2. About the tracking number?
Once the package is sent, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can see where the package is.
3. What is the risk of customs arrest?

A correct email is mandatory for receiving order confirmation and shipping notification. The phone number is required for being contacted by delivery man if necessary.
- Please note that Print-coolis not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by ardorgirl.
- We do ship parcels to P.O. Box Address and Military Address(APO/FPO) via Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping methods, but express shipping methods are not available to P.O. Box or Military Addresses(APO/FPO). Please note that shipping to outlying territories or remote areas & islands, Military Addresses(APO/FPO) usually take much longer than normal delivery time.
- Shipping time might be affected during public holidays or extreme weathers. Because the manufacturers & carriers might limit or stop their operations. Unfortunately this is outside of our control, normal service resumes soon after holiday or extreme weather ends.
- Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in destination country. Especially for expedited shipping, please kindly allow some working days of delivery to your address, even likely " not found ". Thanks for your patience. Should you have any question, please reach out to our customer service.
- Due to longer customs clearance time, the shipping time may be extended to 15-25 working days for destinations in Middle East, such as Israel, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc. 20-35 working days for destinations in Latin America, such as Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru, etc. 12-25 working days for destinations in Africa, such as South Africa, Egypt, 10-25 working days in Philippines, Indonesia and India.

Refund&Return
Standard Return Policy
At PrintCool, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchases.
That's why we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your item, you may return or exchange the unused product in its original condition, as long as you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
1. All items will be sent into production 24 hours after we receive payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 20% material and processing fee.
Personalized, printed, or special orders are generally not eligible for cancellation once production has begun, so please review your order details carefully before submitting.
2. If you insist on canceling a customized order, a 50% customization and material processing fee will apply.

Return & Exchange Instructions
1. All returns must be pre-authorized by our team. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The return and exchange window is 7 days from the original delivery date.
3. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Items with non-returnable marks cannot be returned.
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

1. The return address is not the same as the address on your package, so please contact our service@print-cool.com Customer Service team first to obtain a return authorization.
2. If there is no any quality problem, products with graphic prints are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you received free or discounted shipping.
6. When returns, the product list with product ID needs to be sent back. Please provide the thracking number of the returning parcel.
Replacement Policy
PrintCool will happily send a replacement if:
1. You received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect printing. (Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order for broken or defective items.)
Refunds
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
